Expired 050 Enjoying the Art of Afternoon Tea

Wear your favorite hat for an afternoon taste-and-learn tea class. Learn how to properly brew a pot of tea and about some of the teas available. As you sip, learn and sample finger sandwiches, starting with a favorite smoked shrimp and cream cheese filling. Savor some of Jessica’s famous Sunshine Scones with clotted cream and fresh berries. Presenter: Chef Jessica Bright McMullen, owner of KitchenAble in the Cottages of Lake Ella, has a passion for sharing her love of food with others. After studying hospitality at FSU, she helped manage afternoon tea in the Williamsburg Inn dining room. In 2002, she started a small gourmet tea business and continues to custom blend tea today.
