     January 26, 2021
     3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Our world has become increasingly demanding and as seniors it’s easy for us to become isolated and stressed, especially during the Covid era. Thankfully, there are powerful but easy to use techniques to address these stressors. As Wayne Dwyer notes, “By changing the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” This presentation will assist in understanding how and why we respond to stress. Special emphasis will be placed on strategies – both core mindfulness practices and everyday “dos and don’ts” designed to lighten the burden of stress. Instructor will be Psychologist, Al Kircher, of Winnipeg, Canada. He has most recently worked as a Psycho-Educational Clinician for the EAL Program [adult refugee program sponsored by the Canadian government]. He is experienced in meditation and has a special interest in preventative programs. Virtual class on Zoom. Tue., Jan. 26, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Fee $5
