All about OPG and Guardianship

The AARP Age Friendly Community project identified a gap in senior’s understanding of what guardianship is and how it is relevant to their lives. This presentation by the Office of Public Guardian (OPG) informs about the role of guardianship and  addresses many questions and misconceptions around it.

Hearing Challenges During Challenging Times

Learn more about today’s hearing challenges, treatment options, tools and apps, and resources that can improve hearing satisfaction and the quality of your life. Enjoy a first Monday Mindfulness meditation! Mindfulness is known to improve mental and physical health, including reducing stress, improving focus, and decreasing pain. Diabetes, Nutrition, and COVID
