To recognize Mental Health Awareness month, we offer this program about Neurodivergence – the condition where the human brain processes, learns, and/or behaves differently from what is considered “typical.” You likely know someone living with ADHD, Autism, Bipolar disorder, OCD, or another type of neurodivergence. Presented by the new Psychiatry Residency program at HCA Florida Capital Hospital, this presentation will address the research, causes, diagnosis, treatment, management, and strategies for acceptance of neurodiversity in our lives. Q & A with expert panel, Exhibitors, CEUs, door prizes and more. Dinner option. $3 suggested donation at door. $10 donation for dinner.
