Learn about how and why fires start and how to respond it they do. Also, a myriad of consumer-friendly safety tips o to keep you, your family, and your neighbors safe from fire and related hazards. Presented by Tallahassee Fire Department

3.  “Environmental Safety at home and in our Community”  Wed, June 8 

Recognizing National Environmental Safety Month,  learn about policies and practices  to keep environment free from hazards that impact safety and well-being of employees, community residents, and the environment.  Presented by DeeJay Woods, Health & Safety Technician, City of Tallahassee

4. “Storm PREP & Hurricane Preparedness”   Wed, July 13

Tips and information about how to personally prepare yourself and your home for weather emergencies.  Buckets may be distributed (TBD) to  build your own emergency bucket. Presented by COT Neighborhood Affairs, Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Affairs
