The Leon County Senior Outreach program hosts monthly Lunch & Learn events that feature an array of exciting speakers on informative topics focused on the needs of active seniors. Come access a variety of community services, health screenings, and catered lunches while getting to meet other seniors in your community!

Fitness classes are $3 suggested donation and yoga is $5 suggested donation per class. Discount fitness cards may be purchased for $25 for 10 classes or $50 for 20 classes. Join us for one of our Senior Fitness classes at Chaires, Ft. Braden, Lake Jackson, Miccosukee, and Woodville. Movement is medicine! Our fitness classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and the movements can be done standing or seated.
