  • Tuskegee Airmen
     September 25, 2019
     6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Tuskegee Airmen, a group of African American Airforce fighter pilots during World War II, developed a reputation of being so elite in their execution of missions that they were requested by name. At a time in American History when African Americans were barred from advancement in the military, these airmen used their skill and courage to triumph over adversity. Local physician Dr. Alexander J. Brickler III MD shares the story of these American heroes.
