  • Black Violin Concert
     March 4, 2021
     7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Black Violin is an American hip-hop duo from Fort Lauderdale, Florida comprised of two classically trained string instrumentalists, Kev Marcus who plays the violin and Wil B. who plays the viola. This all-new, high-energy performance, provided to our TSC LLL program by Opening Nights at FSU, takes their unique blend of classical music,

hip-hop, jazz, and pop to new heights. Included in the performance is an uplifting hip-hop version of Mozart’s 40th symphony. Recorded at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, this engaging high definition multi-camera video covers themes of perseverance, exploration, and unity. Following the recorded concert, staff from Opening Nights of FSU will be available to discuss the performance and take questions and feedback from the audience. Recorded concert on Zoom. $5 donation
