It is possible to enjoy sumptuous holiday fare without sabotaging your health or your diet!  In this interactive virtual event, we will discuss nutrition tips and tasty ideas for your healthy holiday celebration. We will also explore creative ways to prepare your favorite holiday recipes in new ways — with healthier fats, lower sodium, and less sugar.
