During a sound bath, you simply lay upon your yoga mat, cocooned in a blanket as soothing tones from magical instruments like the crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and flutes, wash over you. The experience calms the mind and nourishes the nervous system. You may experience deep relaxation, gentle emotional release, freedom from pain, heightened clarity, lower blood pressure and anxiety.
