Learn about Florida’s beautiful waterways and adventure opportunities, including fishing, kayaking, boating, canoeing and more. 

This exciting expo brings exhibitors and information about kayaking and paddling adventures to keep you connected, healthy, and active. Stop by anytime between 2-5 to meet exhibitors, pick up resources and goodies, find others with similar interests, and sign-up for outdoor adventures!  

No cost to attend. Snacks & drinks – $3 requested donation

Special Presentation

Keynote speaker Janice Hindson, Executive Director of Paddle Florida, will give a presentation at 2:00. 

Learn how Paddle Florida, Inc. seeks to promote Florida as an international destination for nature-based tourism. Offering supported multi-day paddling/camping adventures in each of Florida’s five water management districts, the trips showcase the state’s natural beauty and rich cultural heritage while promoting water conservation, wildlife preservation, springs restoration, and waterways protection.

Janice Hindson, MBA, Paddle Florida’s Executive Director, served in the US Coast Guard and is an ACA Level 3 Coastal Kayaking Instructor. Hindson enjoys multi-day self-contained kayak and paddleboard expeditions around the world. For 30 years, she has consulted with businesses, including non-profits, to create strategic plans and raise funds. She also co-chairs a NAMI Family Support Group. Janice has served on various boards including NHS and is the Board Chair of Florida Society for Ethical Eco-tourism.
