DRUMFIT is all the rage! We are super-excited to add this super-fun fitness class to our repertoire! Drum Fit, or Cardio drumming, is a low-impact fitness activity that combines drumming with aerobic and dance movements, using drumsticks and exercise balls. It’s a fun and engaging way to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and balance, while also boosting mood and social interaction. This is a 2-part demo, and we hope to get you hooked! (It will be an ongoing class at the NEW senior center) $10 donation for classes + $25 (one-time fee for your own ball and drumsticks for future classes). Talk to us if you are interested but unable to purchase the equipment.
