Stretching as we age is SO important! This Active Isolated Stretching workshop will teach you the proper way to stretch – to prevent injury and feel energized and refreshed. Stretching with LEE, active, isolated stretching(AIS) are simple, easy to do stretches, that isolate the muscle. Will be performed, standing, sitting, or lying down. Whatever works best, for the person performing the stretches. Taught by Lee Nettles, AIS certified senior instructor. $5 donation.
Bring mat and wear comfy clothes.
